This was a collaborative project with Elemental Studio an interior design practise, which required architectural services to fulfil the construction side of the brief.

Working closely with Elemental we came up with a design to open up the entire lower ground floor area to provide a seamless living, kitchen and dining area. The client requested a modern industrial look, and we installed a large glass Oriel window with aluminium bi-fold doors to achieve this externally.
Internally we applied a mixture of different wall textures and lighting fixtures, and we incorporated a Crittall style fixed glass panel and doors in order to retain a fire-protected stairwell whilst allowing natural light to stream into the corridor and stair.
